The Personalized Massage is designed to address your body's specific need and imbalances. Through clear communication, we develop a customized treatment that is perfect for your intention of the session. My aim is to increase range of motion, decrease pain, release tension, and to help calm the mind. Pressure is always adjustable throughout the service and is dependent on the area of the body I am working on. I look forward to meeting you, and embarking on your healing journey.
